Do I need a PayPal account to purchase from this store?
No, you are not required to have a PayPal account to purchase from this store. Although if you already have a PayPal account you may use it. A verified PayPal address is preferred, but not required.

What size should I get? How do your shirts fit?
We try to describe how a shirt will fit on the individual shirt page, as the t-shirt blanks all vary in sizing. Generally, we go for slightly slimmer, more fitted shirts, in a lighter weight than standard "beefy" blanks. Other than that, they should be close to the standard sizes you are used to. (And yes, a youth large is smaller than a men's medium). If the shirt you recieve doesn't fit, you can return it within two weeks of purchase.
Will my shirt shrink if I wash and/or dry it?
In general, yes. Because most of our shirts are entirely made of cotton, the standard shrinkage rates should apply if you wash and dry in hot water. If you don't want this to happen, wash according to the tag instructions and air dry. Or just have your mom do it.
How long does shipping take?
We are a small operation, so we can't be as speedy as the big guys, but all items should ship within a few days of your order and they should be delievered in 2-7 days for the USA. It can be up to 3 weeks for international.
Do you offer gift certificates?
Why, yes we do! They are virtual gift certificates through PayPal, but to the lucky recipient they are cold hard cash to the Brite Futures store!
Do you have any more of (insert past t-shirt design here) available?
Unfortunately, the answer is no. Each shirt we've made is a limited run and we usually sell all that we make. If you'd like to see a past design reprinted, Contact us! If we get enough requests for a particular design, we may reprint it.
Will my order be touched my a member of Brite Futures?
That is a possibility...
How secure is this store?
This store uses PayPal for payments, and PayPal automatically encrypts your confidential information in transit from your computer to ours using the Secure Sockets Layer protocol (SSL) with an encryption key length of 128-bits (the highest level commercially available).
